Unfortunately, none have held up in the pool environment, leading to rust, corrosion, and ongoing maintenance headaches. Fiberglass inground pools are known for their resilience and low-maintenance ease. The smooth, non-porous fiberglass surface naturally resists algae growth, making cleaning a breeze and reducing the need for heavy chemicals. These pools are highly durable and can withstand temperature swings, from freezing winters to hot summers, without cracking or warping. Unlike other materials, fiberglass is flexible enough to handle ground shifts and thermal expansion, offering year-round reliability with minimal upkeep. We recognized early on that the best way to create a durable shipping container pool was to incorporate a fiberglass shell. However, no fiberglass shells made for inground pools were compatible with container dimensions, so we developed and built our own fiberglass mold. This allowed us not only to tailor the shell to fit but also to differentiate our product through advanced construction methods. 

Instead of open-mold production, we chose the vacuum infusion process to form the shells, which results in a stronger, more consistent fiberglass part. Vacuum infusion uses controlled suction to draw resin evenly through the fiberglass layers, eliminating air pockets and ensuring an even resin-to-fiber ratio throughout the shell. This produces a denser, more resilient structure that’s highly resistant to pressure, chemicals, and temperature shifts. The process also creates a lighter, stronger product, giving our pools exceptional durability and a clean, smooth finish that enhances their longevity and visual appeal. This approach allows us to offer a product unmatched in strength and reliability, setting our container pools apart in the market.
